Store Credit & Reprints
30 Days to Request: You have 30 days from receiving your order to request store credit or a reprint.

What’s Not Covered: We can’t be responsible for low-resolution files, color discrepancies from your artwork, or results affected by the garment you press onto.
Garment Liability Disclaimer
At Press Peel Ship, we specialize in producing high-quality DTF transfers — not garments. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Press Peel Ship is not liable in any way, shape, or form for the cost, replacement, or reimbursement of any garments that are pressed using our transfers — regardless of the outcome.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Transfers not adhering or peeling
Dye migration
Color variations or mismatched expectations
Incorrect sizing, scale, or layout of the design
Issues related to heat, pressure, dwell time, fabric type, or application technique
Thin lines, fine detail, or other design-related complications
We strongly recommend testing each transfer on a sample garment before running a full production. Variables such as fabric content, press settings, and application methods can significantly affect results.
By ordering from Press Peel Ship, you accept full responsibility for how the transfers are used and applied. No exceptions will be made for garment-related losses or issues.
We don’t issue cash refunds. Store credit or reprints are our standard resolution. For requests outside these reasons, management approval is required.

Quick Pro Tip
We recommend ordering a couple extra transfers in case of pressing mistakes or last-minute needs.
It’s cheaper than reordering and keeps your jobs on track.
